I'm Navya, a National level Yoga Player, and certified yoga instructor on a mission to inspire holistic well-being through the transformative power of yoga. I've participated in and won many yoga competitions at the state and national level since 2008.

​

 

I've done my teacher training from MDNIY, New Delhi in different styles of yoga including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Pre-Natal yoga.

 

With a contagious enthusiasm for guiding learners toward physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity, I try to create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere in every session.
